Priced by sites, never by reporters

The people who file bugs are your clients, their customers, and your own colleagues on the admin app they use all day. Counting them would be charging you for the product working. You pay for the sites you look after, a client's or your own, and everyone who reports on them is free.

What counts as a site?

One project in the dashboard: one key, one list of allowed addresses, its own tracker connections. Your live site, its previews and its staging share one project, so they count as one site.

Does it work with our tracker?

Yes, on every plan. Tickets go to the tracker your team already works in, and if yours is not connected yet, write to hello@brokenhere.com and we add it. Until then, every report waits in your Broken Here inbox with the same evidence.

What happens at 50 reports on Free?

Nothing is lost. Reports keep arriving, and you hear from us about picking a plan. Nobody’s bug report gets refused because of your billing.

Do reporters pay anything?

No, and they never make an account, whether they are a client, a customer, or the PM two desks over.

What is a client login for?

It lets a client follow every bug on their own sites without asking you. They see every report on those sites, whoever filed it, with its status and your replies, and they are emailed when a new one arrives. They never see your other clients or your internal notes. Logins are free on every plan, however many clients you invite.

Can I cancel?

Any time, yourself, from Billing in your workspace settings. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then every site goes on working on Free; adding another needs a paid plan again. Your reports and screenshots stay yours.

Not sure which one?
