Workspace and team
Naming a workspace, inviting teammates, roles, and running more than one workspace.
A workspace is a team and its projects. Everyone in it sees every project and every report. Open it from Workspace in the header.
Inviting a teammate
Type their email, pick a role, press Send invite. They get a link that:
- works once
- expires after 7 days
- needs no account until they open it — the sign-up form is one step away
Nobody has to be a member to report a bug. The widget is public by design; membership is about who can read reports and triage them.
Sending a second invite to the same address replaces the first link.
Roles
| Member | Admin | |
|---|---|---|
| Projects, inbox, reports, comments, integrations | ✓ | ✓ |
| Rename the workspace, invite, remove, change roles | ✓ |
The last admin cannot be removed or demoted. Make someone else an admin first.
Notifications
Everyone gets an email when a report lands in one of their workspaces, with the title, the page, and a link to the report. A finished review arrives as one email, not one per finding. The reporter is never emailed about their own report twice.
The choice is made at sign-up (on by default) and changed any time under Notifications on this page. It is per person, not per workspace.
More than one workspace
An agency keeps one workspace per client, so a client's team can be invited into theirs and nobody else's. New workspace at the bottom of the page creates one; when you belong to several, the name at the top of Projects becomes a switcher.
